Warwickshire Countryside Day Clay Shoot, sponsored by Hunter Boots, Sunday 22nd September
An entry fee of £15 confirms your place in the 40 bird open, with a High Gun prize of £100 and a pair of Hunter boots, and additional prizes for Top Lady and Top Junior.
There is also a 12-clay pool shoot – where the High Gun will also win a pair of Hunters – for a £5 entry fee and you can have a go at one of the tuition stands, where professional instructors will be on hand to give you guidance
Warwickshire Countryside Day takes place at Hatton Country World, near Warwick, on Sunday 22 September.
Hatton Country World is an adventure farm and shopping village set in beautiful Warwickshire countryside and is a popular choice for families.
For one day it will be playing host to the Countryside Alliance to showcase all that’s best about rural life.
Everyone, particularly the young, is encouraged to have a go at some of the traditional countryside activities which are on display, fly tying and fly casting are also offered free of charge on the showground as well as have-a-go dog agility, gun dog competitions, archery and target shooting.

And organiser and Countryside Alliance regional director for Warwickshire Sara Rutherford said: “Warwickshire Countryside Day will be a great way for people to experience all aspects of country sports and understand their importance to the countryside and its future as well as being a lot of fun. We offer something for all the family to enjoy.”
The Countryside Day will have its own shopping village, with many quality trade stands selling clothing, equipment, gifts for the home and garden and a varied choice of food and drink with a Licensed bar.
Gates open at 9am and the main ring events start at 10am. Admission is £8 for adults and FREE for children under 15.
Included in admission is a 2-for-1 entrance ticket into Hatton Adventure Farm (cheapest ticket free). Hatton Country Word is located just 10 minutes from J15 off the M40.
